f&Q

When can I  walk/drive on it?

You can walk on concrete within 24 hours after it has been poured. However, for driving, we recommend allowing at least Five days for it to cure.

How thick will my new Concrete be ?

For residential properties, a concrete slab must be at least four inches thick to comply with building codes.
For commercial properties, a minimum of 6 inches is required to withstand all the stress.

What is Sealer/ & Do I need it ?

Sealer is a Water based and Oil based substance used to protect your concrete from elements such as oil stains, dirt stains, and any thing that can stain your concrete. We normally use oil based sealer in Stamped Concrete to give it that shinny look on it and make it pop out. Broomed and Slick Concrete we typically use Water based sealer making it not shine but giving it that protection. Nothing will happen to your concrete if you deiced not to get it, you'll just not have a layer of protection on your concrete.

Do I Need Rebar/Wire Mesh ?

It's not necessary on Residential homes, are 3500 psi with fiber concrete mix that we use, uses fiber glass in the mix that gives the concrete more strength and high flexure strength. Commercial construction depending on the weight that will be going on the concrete will usually require to use rebar but all depends on the project.

When will you be Done ?

We typically take One to Three days depending on the size of project first day we grade and frame, second day we pour, third day we take our bords down and clean up.

If you have any questions that we couldn't answer here feel free to contact us we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.                                                 Thank you !
